Do you charge brokerage?

No. Listing is free and we take no commission on a sale or rent. We charge separately, and only if you ask, for title diligence and registry paperwork.

What does the verified mark actually mean?

That we have seen the 7/12 extract, the NA order where applicable, and matched the TP scheme number against the plan. It does not replace your own lawyer — insist on seeing the originals before any advance.

Can an NRI buy land in Dholera?

An NRI or OCI can buy residential and commercial property, but not agricultural land, plantation or farmhouse property, under FEMA rules. Many Dholera parcels are still agricultural until NA conversion, so the sequence matters. Talk to us before you commit.

How long before I can sell?

Treat it as a multi-year hold. Plots inside the Activation Area move most readily; land in later TP schemes can take much longer to find a buyer at your price.

Yes. Send the survey number and a date, and we'll meet you there with the plan drawing.
